We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee daily operations at Knowlix Learning, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily business operations.
- Coordinate with academic, sales, and marketing teams.
- Develop and implement operational strategies.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely task completion.
- Improve workflows and maintain operational standards.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in operations management is preferred.
- Ability to manage teams remotely and work independently.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
