Job Role: Operations Manager (Founder's Office)

Job Summary We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, track company initiatives, monitor team performance, and ensure timely execution of business goals. The role involves coordinating events and partner operations, managing founder-assigned projects, preparing performance reports, and improving workflows through automation and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Track company initiatives, assign owners and deadlines, and follow up on progress.
- Monitor department performance, KPIs, and company targets.
- Prepare weekly scorecards and monthly performance reports.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for events, workshops, bootcamps, and product launches.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, training teams, and external partners.
- Manage partner onboarding, commitments, payouts, and renewals.
- Execute special projects assigned by the founder.
- Build dashboards, automate reminders, and maintain SOPs.
- Identify project delays, resolve blockers, and implement corrective actions.




- Ensure teams follow daily and weekly planning routines.

Must Have

- 3-6 years in operations, founder's office, PMO, event operations or business operations — ideally at a startup, SaaS or B2B services company.
- Has personally run end-to-end events or launches (venues, vendors, run-of-show, on-ground execution).
- Comfortable following up with senior people — firm, polite, persistent.
- Strong in spreadsheets: pulls, reconciles and presents numbers without help.
- Explicit written English and Hindi: crisp review notes, SOPs and partner emails.
- Highly organised: keeps a calendar of recurring reviews without dropping one.

Good To Have

- Experience managing partners or vendors on commitments, payouts and renewals.
- Has used project tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar) and a CRM; builds simple automations.
- Understands sales funnels and marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rates).
- Has worked across multiple cities or run a multi-location rollout.
