Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, Security, and Guest Services.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction, service standards, and prompt resolution of guest complaints.
- Manage operations for a 75-room resort catering to leisure guests, destination weddings, corporate events, staycations, and student groups.
- Coordinate wedding functions, corporate conferences, banquets, lawn events, group check-ins, and large-scale guest movements.
- Monitor room occupancy, room readiness, housekeeping standards, restaurant service, and overall property presentation.
- Control operational costs, manpower expenses, inventory consumption, and wastage while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Reservations teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings, group arrivals, weddings, and special events.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews and implement corrective measures to improve guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, fire safety, security protocols, and statutory requirements.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, discipline, performance, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, banquet halls, swimming pools, and resort facilities.
- Prepare daily operational reports, occupancy updates,



incident reports, and departmental performance summaries for management.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Drive operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, revenue opportunities, and profitability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in hotel or resort operations, preferably with experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
- Experience handling resort operations, banquets, destination weddings, corporate MICE, leisure groups, and student groups will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and banquet operations.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and operational priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial understanding of cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and guest satisfaction.
- Hands-on, proactive, and capable of working in a rapid-paced resort environment.
