Job Summary The OPD Biller is responsible for preparing and processing outpatient bills accurately and efficiently. The role involves registering patients for billing purposes, generating bills for consultations and diagnostic services, collecting payments, issuing receipts, and coordinating with doctors, reception, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and finance teams to ensure smooth billing operations and a positive patient experience.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. OPD Billing Operations

- Generate accurate bills for outpatient consultations, procedures, investigations, and other hospital services.
- Verify patient registration details, UHID/MRN numbers, doctor consultations, and service charges before billing.




- Ensure correct application of hospital tariffs, consultation fees, and approved discounts.
- Process billing for laboratory investigations, radiology services, procedures, and other applicable OPD services.
- Ensure all services provided are billed correctly and no charges are missed.
- Handle bill corrections, cancellations, and refunds according to hospital policies and approval procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
