Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily online sales operations across e-commerce platforms.
- Process and verify customer orders received online.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch.
- Ensure orders are packed correctly and shipped on time.
- Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams for order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status, delivery updates, cancellations, and returns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and inventory updates.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams.
- Prepare daily online sales and order dispatch reports.
