We are a real estate development company looking for a reliable, energetic Office Runner to keep our projects and office moving.

What you'll do

- Source and procure materials, samples and supplies for ongoing projects
- Run office errands such as document submissions, bank work, courier and vendor pickups
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and site teams
- Solve on-the-ground problems quickly when things don't go to plan
- Manage multiple tasks a day and see each one through to completion

What we're looking for
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Good knowledge of local markets, roads and vendors
- Problem-solver who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told twice
- Organised, punctual and trustworthy
- Basic smartphone use (WhatsApp, maps, sharing photos and updates)
- Prior experience in construction, real estate or procurement is a plus
