Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Outdoor Catering Captain to join our catering team at Catpro by Girish Desai, to manage catering events and ensure smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate service staff during outdoor catering events, weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions.
- Manage event setup, table arrangements, buffet counters, and service readiness.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and catering teams to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and professional service standards.
- Monitor food presentation, buffet replenishment, and overall event execution.
- Check and manage catering equipment, service inventory, and event supplies.
- Address guest requests and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper handling, transportation, setup, and return of catering equipment.
- Coordinate with the management and event team to ensure successful event execution.

Requirements





- Previous experience in banquet service or outdoor catering is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to supervise and manage service staff effectively.
- Knowledge of buffet service, event setup, and hospitality standards.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to different event venues as required.
- Robust teamwork, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
