1. Job Summary

RBM Hospital is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Nursing Staff to provide quality patient care and support doctors in delivering effective medical treatment.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment charts.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes to the treating doctor.
- Follow infection prevention, hand hygiene, and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Educate patients and their attendants about prescribed care and recovery instructions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, and safety.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
- Follow duty rosters, shift handover procedures, and hospital policies.

3. Educational Qualifications

- GNM / B.Sc.



Nursing from a recognized institution, as applicable to the position.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- Relevant clinical experience will be an advantage.

4. Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and handle emergency situations.
- Responsible, disciplined, and skilled attitude.
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, and holidays, as per the duty roster.
