We are looking for a skilled and motivated Node.js Developer to join our development team at BDSD. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Node.js, JavaScript, backend development, and REST API integration.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable server-side applications, building APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. You will collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and project managers to deliver reliable and efficient digital solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript.




- Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming, Promises, and async/await.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of authentication, API security, and error handling.
- Knowledge of application debugging and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Angular, React, or other frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with third-party API integrations and payment gateways.
- Understanding of caching, background jobs, and application scalability.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
