Required Technical Skills

✅ Cisco Catalyst Routers – Installation, Configuration amp; Troubleshooting

✅ Cisco Meraki LAN Switches – VLANs, Trunking, Port Configuration amp; Troubleshooting

✅ Arista Wi-Fi Access Points – Installation amp; Wireless Troubleshooting

✅ L2/L3 Networking – VLAN, STP, LACP, Routing amp; Switching

✅ LAN/WAN Connectivity, DHCP, DNS amp; IP Troubleshooting

✅ Rack amp; Stack, Hardware Replacement, Network Health Checks





✅ Customer Site Support, Incident Management amp; SLA Handling

Candidate Requirements

- Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work independently at customer locations
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements
- CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred
