Hiring: Mortgage Servicing – Team Lead / Assistant Manager

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Shift: US Night Shift (starting at 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM)

Work Level & Salary:

- JL4B: Up to ₹8.50 LPA
- JL4A: Up to ₹10.50 LPA

Role Overview We are hiring experienced professionals for Lead / Assistant Manager positions in Mortgage Servicing, with a robust focus on default servicing, team management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day mortgage servicing operations, particularly default servicing activities.
- Lead and support team members to achieve productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Monitor team performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure adherence to process guidelines.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure process accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of deliverables.




- Communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders and provide regular operational updates.
- Support process improvement initiatives and maintain service quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience .
- Mandatory experience in Mortgage Servicing , preferably Default Servicing .
- Current or prior formal, on-paper experience as a Team Lead or Assistant Manager .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven team management and people-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a US night shift starting at 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM.
- Willingness to work from the Jaipur location.
