Role & responsibilities :

- Use MyCRM or similar aggregator software for data entry, compliance checks, notes, and application preparation.
- Compile, verify, and organise supporting documents (ID, income, liabilities, property, compliance).
- Complete accurate data entry for client details and lenderspecific fields.
- Push applications from aggregator to AOL and lodge with specific lenders.
- Maintain a qualityfirst mindset to ensure files meet lender policy and compliance standards.
- Liaise daily with an Australiabased Senior Broker Support Officer for training, guidance, and workflow management.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow into a Credit Analyst role.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Experience in Australian mortgage processing or broker support.




- Strong understanding of lender documentation.
- Comfortable using MyCRM, SalesTrekker, ApplyOnline, or similar systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
