Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Native Mobile App Developer to build and maintain Android and iOS applications using Kotlin and Swift .

The developer should be technically strong in application logic, architecture, debugging, API integration, and problem solving , while also being comfortable using modern AI coding tools such as Antigravity, Codex, Claude Code, or similar agentic development tools to improve development speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop native Android applications using Kotlin .
- Develop native iOS applications using Swift .
- Design strong application logic, workflows, and scalable architecture.
- Integrate REST APIs, authentication, push notifications, background tasks, and offline functionality.
- Handle file uploads, downloads, caching, synchronization, and secure local storage.
- Debug crashes, performance bottlenecks, and platform-specific issues.
- Manage Play Store and App Store releases.
- Work closely with backend, UI/UX, and product teams.
- Use AI coding agents effectively for development, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Break complex requirements into clear technical tasks that coding agents can execute.
- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code rather than blindly accepting generated output.
- Guide coding agents with the right context, architecture, constraints, and implementation logic.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio .
- Strong experience with Swift, iOS SDK, Xcode .
- MVVM / Clean Architecture.




- REST API integration and JSON.
- Coroutines, Flow, Room, WorkManager, Retrofit/OkHttp.
- Swift Concurrency, Core Data, URLSession, Keychain.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging and APNs.
- Background processing and offline synchronization.
- Mobile app security and secure token storage.
- Git and version control.
- Play Store and App Store deployment.
- Strong understanding of data structures, application logic, state management, and system design .

AI-Assisted Development Skills Candidates should be comfortable working with tools such as:
- Codex
- Claude Code
- Antigravity
- Other AI coding agents / developer assistants

The candidate should be able to:
- Write transparent prompts and technical instructions for coding agents.
- Provide agents with the right codebase context.
- Plan architecture before asking agents to implement features.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
- Detect incorrect assumptions or poor implementations made by agents.
- Use agents for debugging, refactoring, testing, and code review.
- Coordinate multiple agent-driven tasks without losing architectural consistency.

What We’re Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply relies on AI to write code.
- We are looking for a developer who is strong in logic and engineering fundamentals , and can use AI agents as force multipliers while still taking full ownership of architecture, code quality, debugging, and final implementation.
