Job Opening – MIS Executive

Location: Bhatpor, Surat

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily operations and data entry in the Data Management System (DMS).
- Update customer, vehicle, sales, service, billing and job card details.
- Generate daily/monthly DMS reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts and CRM teams.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and support basic DMS-related issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate system updates as per company SOPs.

Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- Experience in an automobile dealership preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Positive communication, coordination and data-entry skills.
- Knowledge of OEM/Toyota DMS will be an added advantage.
