Job Summary

Modern Infra Projects, engaged in PEB, structural steel, fabrication, and erection, is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare management reports, develop dashboards, and automate reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

· Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from Sales, Projects, Production, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, and HR.

· Develop automated reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for performance monitoring.

· Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation.

· Identify data discrepancies, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.

· Improve reporting processes through automation and coordination with various departments.

Required Technical Skills

· Advanced MS Excel (Mandatory): Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.

· Power BI / Tableau:



Dashboard development and data visualization.

· SQL: Basic to working knowledge of database queries and data extraction.

· Automation: Macros, VBA; basic Python/R knowledge will be an advantage.

· ERP & Data Integration: Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and basic ETL concepts.

Required Competencies

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.

· High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Preferred: Experience in PEB, manufacturing, structural steel, fabrication, construction, or infrastructure industries.
