The Role

· Prepare and present Monthly MIS P&L; reports along with detailed variance analysis for management review.

· Assist in preparing monthly business performance presentations for senior leadership.

· Prepare and circulate daily sales and inventory reports across business channels.





· Monitor and analyse key business KPIs, profitability, inventory movement, and cost trends.

· Generate various periodic MIS reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.

· Create, maintain, update, and automate management dashboards.

· Develop reporting frameworks to provide real-time visibility into sales, inventory, margins, procurements, and operational performance.

· Prepare detailed material-wise costing and profitability analysis.

· Conduct periodic reviews of product costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

· Perform cost variance analysis against budgets, standards, and prior periods.

· Support budgetary control initiatives through regular monitoring and reporting.

· Prepare monthly profitability reports.

· Conduct monthly analysis of material-wise cost versus Net Realizable Value (NRV).

· Prepare inventory ageing analysis and provisioning schedules.

· Ensure accurate inventory reporting and support inventory reconciliation exercises.

· Support inventory valuation reviews and reporting requirements.

You’re a good fit if you:

· Have experience working in an ERP environment (Dynamics/SAP preferred).

· Have exposure to companies with turnover of ₹1000 crores, preferably in FMCG/FMCD sectors.

· Possess strong communication skills and can independently propose solutions while collaborating effectively.

· Is a self-starter with initiative to drive compliance programs and process improvements.

Preferred Qualification

ICWA/CMA qualification (preferred) with 4-6 years of relevant experience in MIS, Costing, FP&A;, Commercial Finance

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex financial analysis.
