Role: Middleware Production Support Lead

Must Have Skills:

- Must have experience installing, configuring and administering Middleware(Weblogic 11g/12c, WebSphere & Tomcat) Servers. Should have excellent skills in WLST.
- Candidate must have expertise at clustering, application deployments and providing support to users in a fast paced, high availability, low latency environment.
- Experience in Garbage collection / JVM tuning, memory management.
- Expertise in system analysis, application server configuration, and administration.
- Drive resolution of Major Incidents (P1/P2) by coordinating with Application, Database, Middleware, and Vendor teams as necessary for timely recovery minimizing business impact.
- Manage business and executive stakeholder communications with clear, concise, and timely updates.
- Closely track SLAs for nightwork job streams, file deliverables, data replication lags, critical business processes and identify operational risks and mange these incidents with proactive business notifications
- Lead incident bridges,



escalation management, RCA reviews, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and operational governance.
- 24 X 7 oncall production support of multiple middleware instances to include tuning and troubleshooting
- Robust understanding of Wealth Management, Investment Operations, or Capital Markets business processes.
- Proven experience in Incident Management and Production Support environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams during high-pressure situations.
