? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain LOD 300–400 structural and precast models using Autodesk Revit Structures.
- Prepare Valuable-for-Construction (GFC) drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and reinforcement detailing.
- Model precast elements, connections, inserts, openings, and reinforcement.
- Generate material schedules, quantities, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Coordinate with architects, structural designers, MEP consultants, factories, and site teams.
- Perform clash detection,



quality checks, and drawing reviews.
- Support BIM standards, parametric families, and workflow improvements.

? What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Revit Structures.
- At least 2 years of experience in precast, prefabricated, or repetitive RCC projects.
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing and GFC drawing production.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM coordination, and model management.
- Experience delivering complete GFC drawing sets from Revit.
- Knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla Structures, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
