Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Microbiologist to perform microbiological testing, maintain laboratory standards, and ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of microbiological techniques, laboratory practices, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform microbiological testing, analysis, and routine laboratory activities.
- Collect, prepare, and handle samples according to established procedures.
- Conduct microbial testing and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Monitor laboratory hygiene, cleanliness, and contamination control practices.
- Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment as per standard procedures.
- Prepare and maintain culture media, reagents, and other laboratory materials as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and laboratory safety guidelines.
- Assist in investigations, reporting, and corrective actions related to microbiological results,



where required.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- M.Sc. in Microbiology or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of microbiological testing methods and laboratory procedures.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques, contamination control, and laboratory safety.
- Good documentation, observation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accuracy in laboratory work.
- Freshers with relevant practical knowledge may be considered, depending on the role requirements.

Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000.
- Final compensation will depend on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
