Job Summary

Anushree Associates is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads for our taxation, accounting, business compliance services, and professional courses.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, lead generation campaigns, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Run lead generation campaigns for business services and educational courses.
- Identify and target relevant audiences based on location, interests, and demographics.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, headlines, and campaign formats.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), and lead quality.
- Optimize campaigns to improve results and manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Set up and manage lead forms, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Track leads and maintain campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with the content team for reels, graphics, and promotional creatives.




- Suggest strategies to improve lead conversion and campaign performance.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of audience targeting, campaign budgets, and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of ad copy, creatives, and A/B testing.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and meet lead generation targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Business Manager.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and lead tracking.
- Experience in local business marketing or educational lead generation.
