Job DescriptionWe are seeking a MERN Stack Developer to build scalable applications and contribute to our AI-driven healthcare solutions. You will work across the stack, use AI-assisted development tools in your daily workflow, and help build AI agent-based features into our platform.

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Work Week: 6 days per week
- Salary: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience and skills)
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in MERN stack development

Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs




- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces from UI/UX designs
- Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) to speed up development, debugging, and code review
- Build and integrate AI agent workflows into healthcare products
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Skills RequiredFront-End• React.js (mandatory)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
- Redux state management

Back-End• Node.js, Express.js

AI & Modern Tooling• Hands-on experience using Claude, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools in real projects

Eligibility & Hiring Process• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science / IT preferred)
- Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience with the MERN stack
- Hands-on project experience in React.js is mandatory
- Practical experience with Claude or Cursor in development workflows is required
- Experience working with AI agents is required
