Job Summary

BeComfort IT Solutions is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer Trainer who can train students and aspiring developers in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and guide students through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on MERN Stack development, including frontend and backend technologies.
- Teach HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Explain REST APIs, CRUD operations, authentication, and database integration.
- Guide students in developing real-world projects and practical applications.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, coding tests, and performance evaluations.
- Help students debug code and understand programming concepts.
- Teach Git and GitHub for version control and project collaboration.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training content updated with current industry practices.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Good command of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.




- Experience in developing full-stack web applications.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization.
- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with responsive web design and frontend best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant development or training experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with deployment platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or Render.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and up-to-date React tools.
- Understanding of basic software development workflows.
- Ability to guide students in building portfolio projects and preparing for technical interviews.
