Key Responsibilities

- Source fabrics, trims, accessories, and textile packaging materials from reliable suppliers and vendors.

- Develop, evaluate, and maintain solid relationships with domestic suppliers and business partners.

- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials.

- Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials as per production schedules.

- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers while maintaining long-term business relationships.

- Coordinate with Merchandising, Product Development, Production, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.





- Monitor material availability and proactively resolve supply-related issues to avoid production delays.

- Prepare purchase follow-up reports, vendor performance reports, presentations, and procurement documentation.

- Maintain accurate records of supplier quotations, purchase status, approvals, and sourcing documentation.

- Identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities to improve quality, cost competitiveness, and supply reliability.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
