About the Role

We’re looking for an MEP Maintenance Technician to manage the day-to-day maintenance of our existing centre and keep its facilities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot faults and attend to breakdowns and minor repairs.
- Coordinate with external vendors for servicing and specialised repairs.
- Maintain service records and track maintenance schedules.
- Follow safety procedures and minimise disruption to centre operations.

Essential Requirements

- Hands-on experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing,



and basic air-conditioning maintenance.
- Ability to identify faults, carry out routine repairs safely, and recognise when specialist support is required.
- Reliability and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI certification or a diploma in a relevant electrical or mechanical trade.
- Experience maintaining a healthcare centre or similar operational facility.
- Experience coordinating service vendors and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Familiarity with maintenance logs and preventive maintenance schedules.
