We are looking for MEP Modelers with hands-on Scan to BIM (MEP) experience to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in converting laser scan / point cloud data into accurate Revit MEP models, along with experience in Revit family creation and MEP system modeling.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Convert laser scan / point cloud data into MEP BIM models (Scan to BIM)
- Create and modify Revit MEP models
- Create and modify Revit Families
- Model HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Electrical systems
- Coordinate with project teams to deliver accurate BIM models
- Ensure models meet project standards, specifications & quality requirements

? Required Skills

✅ 0–1 years of BIM modeling experience

✅ Solid experience in Scan to BIM – MEP

✅ Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit

✅ Revit Family Creation & Modification

✅ Knowledge of MEP System Types

✅ Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Fire Protection modeling
