Role & responsibilities

- Prepare cost estimates for MEP services, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.

- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to determine project costs.

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis for materials, labour, and installation works.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

- Prepare rate analysis, comparative statements, budget estimates, and tender submissions.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, project, and contracts teams to validate quantities and costing.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

- Review contractor quotations, variation claims, and revised estimates.





- Support budget preparation, cost monitoring, and reconciliation of estimated versus actual costs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction cost estimation.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of estimation tools is preferred.

- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and tendering.

- Robust vendor negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.

- Experience in residential high-rise or commercial real estate projects preferred.
