Candidates must have prepared for government competitive examinations such as Kerala PSC, SSC, UPSC, IB, FCI, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), and other similar examinations.

You do not necessarily need to be a subject teacher. We value your exam preparation

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Mentoring & Academic Support

* Guide students throughout their government exam preparation journey.
- Understand students’ academic strengths, weaknesses, and learning requirements.
- Provide individualised study plans based on the student’s target examination, preparation level, and available study time.
- Help students maintain consistency, discipline, and focus in their preparation.
- Motivate students during challenging phases and help them overcome preparation-related difficulties.

1. Doubt Resolution & Study Guidance

* Address students’ academic doubts and guide them towards appropriate learning resources.
- Help students understand exam patterns, syllabus requirements, question types, and preparation strategies.
- Guide students in effective revision techniques, time management, and examination planning.
- Assist students in analysing mock test performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Recommend suitable practice tests, previous-year questions, and revision activities.

1. Progress Monitoring & Accountability

* Monitor students’ daily and weekly study progress.
- Follow up with students regarding study targets, attendance, mock tests, and revision schedules.
- Identify students who are falling behind and provide timely guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions, student progress,



and academic concerns.
- Ensure regular communication and consistent academic support for assigned students.

1. Student Engagement & Motivation

* Maintain a patient, approachable, and supportive relationship with students.
- Conduct regular mentoring sessions and follow-up interactions.
- Encourage students to develop effective study habits and independent learning skills.
- Help students manage exam pressure, procrastination, and lack of motivation through practical guidance.
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes consistency and accountability.

1. Academic Coordination

* Coordinate with academic heads, faculty members, and the operations team to resolve student concerns.
- Communicate recurring academic difficulties and student feedback to the relevant teams.
- Assist in implementing study challenges, test schedules, revision programmes, and other academic initiatives.
- Ensure that students receive timely guidance and a consistent mentoring experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must have prepared for one or more government competitive examinations, such as:
- Kerala PSC
- UPSC Civil Services
- SSC examinations
- Intelligence Bureau (IB) examinations
- Food Corporation of India (FCI) examinations
- Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) examinations
- Other central or state government recruitment examinations.
- Positive understanding of the relevant examination syllabus, patterns, preparation methods, and study resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
