- Prepare and format medical documents as per departmental requirements.
- Maintain patient records and medical documentation confidentially.
- Coordinate with doctors and department staff regarding medical reports.
- Ensure accuracy in medical terminology, spelling, and documentation.
- Maintain proper records and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
