Job Responsibilities

- Doctor Visits: Regularly visit doctors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote Pharma King's products.
- Product Promotion: Explain product features, benefits, composition, dosage, indications, and other relevant information to doctors professionally and accurately.
- Sales Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territories.
- Chemist & Stockist Coordination: Build and maintain good relationships with chemists, distributors, and stockists to ensure product availability.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute an effective daily and monthly visit plan for doctors, chemists, and other relevant customers.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain solid professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and other required records.
- New Business Development: Identify new doctors, potential customers, and opportunities to increase product sales.
- Compliance: Follow company policies, ethical pharmaceutical marketing practices, and applicable regulations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; a science or pharmacy background will be preferred.
- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc.,



or other relevant qualifications are desirable.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with doctors and chemists.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market is desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting and presenting products to doctors.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Good planning and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of the local medical market will be an advantage.

- Product availability and coordination with chemists and stockists.
- Timely submission of daily and monthly reports.
- Maintenance of professional relationships and compliance with company policies.
