Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor's Honors Degree at Level 7 or 8 of the National Qualifications Framework in an educational field relevant to the post.

- Training or experience in andrology / IVF lab preferred Knowledge of semen analysis standards (WHO guidelines)

- Familiarity with lab equipment and microscopes Prepare samples for IUI, IVF, and ICSI procedures

Key Responsibilities

- Perform semen analysis according to standard WHO guidelines

- Conduct sperm washing techniques (swim-up, density gradient)

- Maintain strict aseptic techniques in the laboratory

- Handle and process specimens with accuracy and confidentiality

- Maintain proper documentation and lab records

- Ensure quality control and adherence to lab protocols

- Assist clinicians and embryologists when required
