Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Medical Coding QA professionals specializing in Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding for Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) services or Radiology coding. Candidates must have prior QA experience and the required RL and CPC credentials.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality audits of medical coding records for accuracy and compliance.
- Review E/M IP & OP or Radiology coding based on the assigned specialization.
- Identify coding errors, documentation gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to coding professionals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.




- Track quality scores, identify recurring errors, and support corrective action plans.
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives and coding process standardization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory prior experience in medical coding quality assurance (QA).
- Specialization in E/M IP & OP coding or Radiology QA.
- RL and CPC certifications are mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of medical coding guidelines and auditing procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide clear audit feedback.
