Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Denial Lead to manage medical coding denial operations, support denial resolution, and drive team performance. Candidates with a robust QA background and prior team-handling experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor medical coding denial management activities.
- Analyze coding-related denials and identify recurring issues and root causes.
- Coordinate with coding, QA, and other relevant teams to improve denial resolution.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve coding accuracy.




- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce denial rates.
- Prepare and review performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines, coding standards, and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant experience in medical coding, denial management, or coding QA.
- Prior team-handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of coding-related denials and resolution processes.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor team performance and drive quality improvements.
