Job Overview

Sri Shankar Enterprises is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Medical Field Marketing Executive to promote the company's medical and healthcare-related products or services, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and generate business opportunities through field visits and marketing activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, clinics, medical stores, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare establishments to promote company products or services.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage information to prospective customers, as applicable.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into sales.
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase product awareness and market reach.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and business objectives.
- Maintain records of customer visits, sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on field activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Participate in medical promotional activities, product demonstrations,



and healthcare-related events when required.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations and company policies.

Required Skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of field marketing, sales, and customer acquisition.
- Ability to approach and communicate professionally with healthcare professionals.
- Good follow-up, lead-generation, and sales-conversion skills.
- Ability to plan field visits and manage an assigned territory efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Educational Qualification
- Any graduate degree is preferred.
- Candidates with a background in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management may be preferred, depending on the company's requirements.

Experience
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply.
- Experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare marketing, or field sales will be an advantage.
