A core team of process, piping, and mechanical engineers supports design, drafting, analysis, 3D modeling, and BIM, while the company also develops engineering products and systems such as dust and fume collection systems, pollution control equipment, bulk solid and grain handling systems, pneumatic conveying systems, and material handling equipment.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Mechanical Design Engineer role based in Pune City.

The Mechanical Design

Engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical and structural components, equipment, and systems for industrial projects, from concept through detailed engineering.



Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing CAD models and drawings, performing basic mechanical calculations, supporting layout and equipment design for process, piping, and structural scopes, and collaborating with process and project teams to ensure design integrity and constructability. The role involves preparing technical documentation, supporting design reviews and client meetings, coordinating with vendors for equipment specifications, and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design.
- Candidates should possess proven skills in Design Engineering and Product Design.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Experience in industrial equipment, plant layout, or structural/mechanical systems design is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
