- Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

- Location: Pune, Maharashtra

- Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

- Primary Software Tools: SolidWorks (Proficient in 3D Modeling, Assemblies, and 2D Drafting)

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Conceptualization: Develop and design comprehensive mechanical solutions including Welding Fixtures, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and Lifting Tackles.

- 3D Modeling & Drafting: Create accurate 3D models, complex assembly setups, and production-ready detailed 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.

- Engineering Standards: Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) principles, conduct tolerance stack-up analysis,



and select standard commercial components (pneumatics, hydraulics, hardware).

- BOM Generation: Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation for procurement and manufacturing.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the fabrication and assembly teams to resolve on-floor engineering queries and optimize designs for manufacturing (DFM).

Candidate Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Core Technical Expertise: Minimum 2 years of solid experience specifically focused on designing welding fixtures, industrial automation, or SPMs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
