Role Overview

Drive material availability for Aerospace and Defence programs, with a primary focus on Electrical Harnesses, PCB Assemblies, and related electronic components. The role involves managing material planning, supplier coordination, procurement, manufacturing progress, and timely delivery to ensure seamless program execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end planning and execution for electrical harnesses, PCBs, PCB assemblies (PCBAs), and electronic assemblies.
- Expedite supplier manufacturing, procurement, testing, and dispatch activities to ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure on-time delivery of wiring harnesses, PCBAs, PCBs, connectors, cables, electrical components, and electronic sub-systems.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and material availability, and drive corrective actions wherever required.
- Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Track material shortages, critical-path components,



and long-lead electrical components to minimize supply-chain disruptions.
- Review supplier capacity, delivery commitments, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and maintain material status reports, delivery trackers, and risk mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Material Planning, Procurement, or Program Management.
- Robust experience in supplier management, material expediting, and delivery-performance monitoring.
- Hands-on exposure to wiring harnesses, PCB/PCBA manufacturing, electronic components, connectors, cable assemblies, and Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS).
- Basic understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly, electronic component sourcing, and harness manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability and delivery commitments.

Preferred Industry Background Candidates with relevant Harness/PCB supply-chain experience from the following industries will be preferred:

- Rail
- Industrial Electrical Systems

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
