Role Overview

Responsible for ensuring timely material availability for Aerospace and Defence programs through effective supplier coordination, procurement and manufacturing expediting, material planning, and tracking. The role focuses on maintaining supply-chain efficiency, minimizing material shortages, and ensuring timely delivery to support program execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end material planning and tracking for assigned programs.
- Expedite supplier procurement, manufacturing, and dispatch activities to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery of materials and components.
- Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks, material shortages, and potential delivery delays.
- Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Production, Quality, Engineering,



and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Follow up on critical-path items and drive corrective actions to address supply-chain challenges.
- Track inventory levels, material lead times, and overall material status.
- Prepare and maintain material readiness reports, delivery trackers, and project status updates.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Material Planning, Procurement, or Program Management.
- Strong experience in supplier management, material expediting, and delivery-performance monitoring.
- Preferred experience in Airframe Manufacturing, Aerostructures, or Aerospace Component Supply Chains.
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, and production planning.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
