About the RoleCreAct Academy is looking for a skilled and proactive Master Trainer to lead curriculum development, trainer management, training schedules, and technical R&D; for our Robotics & AI programs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for developing innovative, hands-on learning experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and continuously improve Robotics, AI, coding, and STEM-based curricula for students across different age groups.
- Training & Mentorship: Train, guide, and mentor trainers to ensure consistent teaching quality and effective delivery of programs.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and manage training schedules, trainer allocations, and academic calendars across centers.
- Trainer Management: Monitor trainer performance, conduct evaluations, and support continuous professional development.
- Technical R&D;: Research, develop, and test new robotics projects, AI applications, prototypes, and hands-on learning activities.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues related to robotics kits, hardware, software, and classroom projects.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct curriculum reviews,



training audits, and classroom assessments to maintain high academic standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with academic, operations, and management teams to improve program delivery and introduce recent learning initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Robotics, STEM education, technical training, or curriculum development.
- Strong understanding of robotics hardware, coding, electronics, and AI concepts.
- Experience in managing trainers, developing training materials, and coordinating schedules.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A practical, hands-on approach to technical innovation and product development.
