Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that support UltraShip’s growth in the logistics and SaaS markets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and refining marketing strategies, and supporting sales campaigns with targeted messaging and materials. The role involves creating and managing digital marketing content, coordinating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product development, and tracking performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Specialist will also engage with prospects and customers to strengthen brand awareness, improve customer experience, and support lead generation activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex ideas simply.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective campaigns.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to support revenue growth and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or SaaS-based products is a plus.
