Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager / Head with a strong background in the carbon black industry (Must) to lead sales and marketing activities, develop strategic customer relationships, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth across domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for carbon black products across target industries and customer segments.

- Build and maintain relationships with tyre manufacturers, rubber product manufacturers, industrial rubber processors, and other carbon black-consuming industries.

- Identify new business opportunities, develop key accounts, and expand the customer base across domestic and international markets.

- Manage key customer negotiations, pricing strategies, annual contracts, and commercial terms to achieve sales and profitability targets.

- Understand customer technical requirements, product grades, specifications, and applications in coordination with the technical and production teams.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, demand forecasts, and pricing movements to identify growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely dispatches, and payment realisation.

- Lead the sales and marketing team, establish performance targets,



and monitor revenue, margins, customer acquisition, and collections.

- Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 12+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the carbon black manufacturing industry.

- Robust understanding of carbon black grades, applications, customer industries, and market dynamics.

- Established relationships with tyre manufacturers, rubber processors, and major industrial customers.

- Proven track record in business development, key account management, commercial negotiations, and revenue growth.

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, market analysis, and customer relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working or having substantial prior experience with carbon black manufacturers is must.

- Experience handling large industrial accounts, domestic markets, and exports will be an advantage.

- Must be capable of independently driving marketing strategy, customer acquisition, sales growth, and team performance.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
