Job Summary The Media Sales Manager / Senior Media Sales Executive will be responsible for generating advertising revenue, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and developing integrated advertising solutions across television, digital, and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate advertising revenue through television, digital media, social media, branded content, and integrated advertising campaigns.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, including corporate brands, local businesses, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and agencies to generate repeat business.
- Understand client marketing objectives and develop customized advertising proposals and media plans.
- Present and pitch advertising solutions to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing, campaign placements, and commercial terms in accordance with company guidelines.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery and meet advertiser expectations.
- Work with event execution teams to develop sponsorship opportunities and deliver successful advertising partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, revenue reports, and MIS as required.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in media advertising, television, print, radio, digital media, or advertising agencies.
- Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Positive understanding of advertising sales, media planning, branded content, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Candidate Profile




- Candidates with relevant media sales or advertising sales experience are preferred.
- Experience handling corporate clients, advertising agencies, and local advertisers is an advantage.
- Existing industry contacts and knowledge of the local business market will be beneficial.
- Must be proactive, target-driven, commercially aware, and customer-focused.
- Candidates should be willing to work in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, or Thrissur, Kerala.

Compensation
- Expected salary increment: 25%–30% over the candidate's last drawn salary, subject to experience, current compensation, and company approval.
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's profile and the organization's compensation policy.
