About ArcSetu:

ArcSetu is an Indian software company that builds operations software for interior design and construction firms. Our first product, Niti, runs a firm from first enquiry to final bill: leads, BOQs and estimates, Gantt schedules, material requests and purchase orders, site inventory, approvals, running bills and GST-ready accounts. It also includes Niti Copilot, an AI assistant that answers questions from project data and shows its sources.

Construction runs on money and trust. Niti is built so that every total, approval and stock movement can be traced back to where it came from. We are a small team that ships carefully and spends time on site with our users.

About the Role:

You will help tell that story to interior designers, fit-out firms, contractors and developers across India. You'll work with the founders on content, SEO, social media and launch campaigns, and see exactly how your work turns into demo requests.

What you will do:

- Plan and write posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube about site operations, BOQs, purchasing, GST and project control
- Create short product videos, screen recordings and carousels that show real Niti workflows (for example: site request → purchase order → goods receipt)
- Write blog posts and landing page copy for arcsetu.com/niti, optimised for Google search and AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Do keyword and competitor research on construction and interior project-management software
- Interview customers and site teams and turn them into case studies and testimonials
- Shoot or source on-site photos and video during field visits




- Build email newsletters and simple campaigns for leads in the pipeline
- Research trade fairs, design events and industry communities where our buyers gather
- Track reach, website traffic and demo sign-ups weekly, and report what is working

What we are looking for?

- A graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience (Mass Communication, BBA, MBA Marketing, B.Des, B.Arch or any field)
- Strong written English; you can explain a technical idea simply, without jargon
- A portfolio, blog or social account that shows your writing or design work
- Comfortable with Canva or Figma and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
- Curious about how construction and interior projects actually get built

Good to have

- Basic SEO knowledge (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword tools)
- Experience with B2B or SaaS content
- Hindi writing skills for regional campaigns
- Background or interest in architecture, interior design or civil engineering
