Utsavy (utsavy.in) makes online invitation websites for weddings and events. With one link, guests get the invite, event details, RSVP and a wishes wall. We are a young startup from Jaipur, supported by iStart Rajasthan (Government of Rajasthan).
About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Intern who loves marketing and wants to learn it by doing real work on a live brand. You will work directly with the founding team.
Role details
- Duration: 2 months
- Time: 4–5 hours a day, flexible timing
- Location: Remote (anywhere in India)
- Stipend: Performance-based, ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 per month, plus incentives and rewards for strong growth
What you will do
Content
- Plan and create reels, posts and captions for Instagram
- Spot trending ideas and turn them into Utsavy content
Talking to people
- Reply to customers who message us on Instagram and help them book
- Set up collaborations with creators and influencers
- Reach out to wedding planners, photographers and other vendors for partnerships
Planning and strategy
- Track what is working and what is not
- Suggest new ideas to grow our reach and sales
Running campaigns
- Keep campaigns on schedule and finish tasks on time
- Keep simple records of leads, collaborations and results
You will learn all four parts. Your main focus will depend on what you enjoy and what you are good at.
Who can apply
- College students, freshers and recent graduates
- Anyone passionate about marketing
- Positive at speaking and writing in Hindi and English
- Understands Instagram well
- Canva or CapCut skills are a plus, not a must
- Has their own phone, laptop and internet connection
