Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a leader who can make a real difference to the export business and lead an established sales team to current heights. You will closely work with technical services and other functions to fulfill customer needs and achieve business goals.

- Develop and implement export sales strategy to grow business with both existing and prospective customers in International market

- Set budget and targets on annual and quarterly basis, monitor results and take suitable actions to achieve targets

- Lead the account management programme, extending the current footprint and ensuring high quality of service delivery to major accounts

- Build long term relationship with the customers with an objective to understand their needs and satisfy them on a continuous basis

- Develop new processes and systems to improve customer experience

- Monitor accounts receivable ageing and take action to control receivables
