- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

- Establish brand positioning, value proposition, and market differentiation across renewable energy segments.

- Lead product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and new product introductions.

- Design and implement demand generation programs across digital and offline channels to support pipeline growth.

- Build and strengthen channel marketing programs for distributors, EPCs, installers, and strategic partners.

- Create sales enablement tools, thought leadership content, technical collateral, and customer engagement materials.

- Manage corporate communications, industry events, PR initiatives, marketing budgets, and team performance through KPI-driven execution.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- 10-15 years of progressive B2B marketing experience.

- 3-5+ years leading marketing strategy and high-performing teams.





- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across Sales, Product, Manufacturing, and Business Development functions.

- Proven success in brand building, product launches, or market-entry initiatives.

- Experience within Solar PV, Renewable Energy, Electrical Equipment, Industrial Products, Power Equipment, or Energy Solutions sectors.

- Strong expertise in strategic marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing.

- Deep understanding of channel, partner, and ecosystem-led marketing models.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience leveraging CRM and marketing automation platforms.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate business qualification preferred
