Royale Diamonds is a natural diamond jewellery maker and retailer in Pune, run by the Nahar family since 1985. We have 750+ designs, from everyday pieces to engagement rings and bespoke jewellery. We sell natural diamonds only, never lab-grown, and we've never run a discount sale. Our promise is simple: a diamond for every occasion, at an honest price.

Role description

This is a full-time, in office role at our showroom in Shukrawar Peth, Pune, reporting directly to Amit Nahar, Managing Partner. You'll be our first dedicated marketing hire and the voice of Royale Diamonds online. Your job is to help the right customers discover us, trust us and visit our showroom.

What you'll do

- Plan, shoot, edit and post reels, carousels and stories for Instagram and YouTube
- Keep our Google Business Profile up to date and reply to every customer review
- Record every enquiry and its source, so we know what brings customers in
- Work with our sales team on enquiry follow-ups and customer referrals




- Share a simple weekly report: posts made, enquiries received, reviews added

Qualifications

- You've run social media for a brand, even a small one, and can show us work you made yourself
- You can shoot and edit short-form video on your phone or laptop
- You write explicit, warm English; Hindi or Marathi is a plus
- You track results honestly, including what didn't work
- Experience in jewellery, fashion or luxury helps, but it isn't required. Curiosity is.
- A degree in marketing or communications is welcome, but your portfolio matters more
