Job Post - Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Email marketing Plan and run campaigns to our existing database and to new prospects. Build segments by market, industry and behavior. Design sequences, write and test subject lines and hooks, manage sending volume and protect deliverability.
- Account-based marketing Build target account lists with sales and map the buying committee across each account. Run coordinated outreach across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, personalized by industry and role. Measure engagement at account level.
- Nurture and lifecycle Design the journeys that move a lead from first touch to sales-ready. Set up lead scoring, behavioral triggers and routing rules, and agree the handoff process with sales.
- Data and database management Source and enrich prospect data. Keep the database clean, validated and segmented, and manage suppression, deduplication and list hygiene.
- Paid advertising Plan and run paid search and paid social campaigns. Build landing pages and offers, manage budgets, and report cost per lead against other channels.
- Event and webinar campaigns Run the campaign around every event and webinar. Pre-event outreach to target accounts, and structured follow-up afterwards.




- Reporting and attribution Own lead source tracking in the CRM. Produce the monthly channel performance report covering leads, qualification, conversion and cost per lead, across both markets.
- Vendor management Manage content syndication and lead vendors. Hold them to contracted delivery and make sure the leads they send get worked.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or marketing operations, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform such as Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot, Marketo or Active Campaign
- Experience running outbound sequences at scale using tools like Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft, with a working understanding of email deliverability
- Comfortable working in a CRM. Zoho CRM, Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospect data tools
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is practical
- Experience in content writing and proof reading
