Role summary

Clovity is hiring a Marketing Executive to support B2B campaigns, content, events, and lead generation. You will work with the marketing team to build pipeline for our consulting and Atlassian services. The role suits someone with 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience who wants to grow into a campaign or channel owner.

Key responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of B2B campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and web.
- Write and edit marketing content: blogs, case studies, newsletters, social posts, and sales collateral.
- Support lead generation: build target lists, run outreach sequences, and pass qualified leads to Sales.
- Help coordinate events and webinars: logistics, invites, and follow-up.
- Keep CRM data and the marketing calendar up to date, and make routine website updates.
- Report weekly and monthly on leads, engagement, and campaign performance, with short notes on competitors and market trends.

Required qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, or a closely related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience in a B2B company or industry.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of:



email marketing, content creation, social media, or event marketing.
- Clear written and spoken English.

Core skills

- Robust writing and editing for a business audience.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and basic campaign reporting.
- Familiarity with a CRM or marketing automation tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Basic understanding of the B2B funnel: lead, MQL, SQL, pipeline.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage several tasks at once.

Nice to have

- Exposure to SaaS, IT services, or consulting marketing.
- Basic design skills (Canva or Figma) and SEO knowledge.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) or the Atlassian Marketplace.

What success looks like In the first 90 days you run at least one campaign with support, keep the content calendar on schedule, and deliver clean weekly reports. By month six you own a defined channel or content stream and show measurable lead or engagement growth.
