About the Role

Pushpganga Ventures is looking for a motivated, confident and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who can generate new business opportunities, build robust client relationships and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client follow-ups and support lead conversion.
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain lead databases and prepare regular marketing reports.




- Coordinate with management to achieve business development targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation, sales and marketing strategies.
- Basic computer skills, MS Excel and email communication.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented approach.
