About Catalyst Education

Catalyst Education is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Business Development Manager to drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, generate student leads, and expand market reach across Palakkad.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across Palakkad.
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and student acquisition initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with colleges, educational institutions, corporate partners, and other potential stakeholders.
- Generate quality leads through direct marketing, events, campus promotions, and local partnerships.
- Coordinate with sales and academic counselling teams to improve lead conversion and admissions.
- Identify new markets, analyse competitor activities, and recommend growth strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the marketing and business development team.
- Track marketing performance,



lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
- EdTech or education-sector experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop partnerships, and achieve business targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to manage field marketing activities and work towards measurable results.
- Willingness to travel within Palakkad and nearby areas as required.
